Litter Info
It is very seldom that we have a litter. The last litter whelped at our home was over four years ago. Our new litter was born March 1, 2008, and is an especially exciting litter for us. We have had this litter planned since the moment we decided to purchase Tia, from Cyntech Boxers. We chose Tia because of her conformation and pedigree.
First you need to know a little bit about Blackjack to understand why this litter is going to be special. Blackjack was bred Summer Boxers using the Lloyd C. Brackett theory of “The Ideal Breeding.” His theory is “The sire of the sire is the grandsire of the dam, dam’s side.” Blackjack’s litter was linebred to Am. Ch. Rochil’s Grande Marshall, SOM. Blackjack’s sire, Can. Ch. Berlane’s Corporate Image SOMC, is a son of Am. Ch. Rochil’s Grande Marshall SOM. Blackjack’s dam, Can. Ch. Berlane’s Wild Thing Stella DOMC, is a granddaughter of Am. Ch. Rochil’s Grande Marshall SOM. The puppies from that litter were of outstanding quality. Tia’s dam, Can. Ch. CynTech’s Ally McBeal, is a daughter of Can. Ch. Berlane’s Corporate Image SOMC.
This litter is the second generation using Lloyd C. Brackett’s Ideal Breeding theory. Blackjack’s sire is Ch. Berlane’s Corporate Image SOMC. Ch. Berlane’s Corporate Image SOMC is Tia’s grandsire. To view the new litter pedigree, please click on LITTER PEDIGREE. This is a pedigree made up of Producing Sires and Dams!
Tia is sired by Am/Can. MBIS Ch. Summer’s Dash Riprock SOMC (a half brother to Blackjack) and out of Can. Ch. CynTech’s Ally McBeal DOMC. Tia is littermate to MBISS Am/Can. MBIS BISS MBPIS MBPISS Ch. CynTech’s A Touch Of Dash (a Top Twenty Competitor with limited showing in the States), and to Can. Ch. CynTech’s Mad Dash To Sherwood CGN TT and Can. Ch. CynTech’s DashNBy Tornado Ally TT.

General Puppy Information
We do not breed for quantity, we do breed for quality. As we have mentioned above, we haven’t had a litter born in our home in 4 years. Our breedings are very important to us because we are looking for “our” next show prospect.
Because we breed for show prospect pups, we cannot guarantee that the puppy you want will be available. All show prospect puppies are chosen based on their structure and attitude. Once the pet quality puppies have been determined, we choose families for those puppies based on the puppies attitude and activity level of the prospective families. Because of those reasons we choose puppies for families. You may not get the flashy brindle female that you want. We do try hard to accommodate family requests. We evaluate puppies to determine whether they are show or pet prospects when they are eight weeks old, not before.
The puppies are not trained when they leave our home. That is up to their new owners. The puppies will have been vaccinated and wormed. We do try to have them accustomed to sleeping in their own crate and wearing a collar when they leave. All collars are always removed before puppies are put back in their crates for their own safety.
Our puppies are sold to approved homes only. We like to meet the entire family that will be living in the home with the puppy.
Our pet quality puppies are sold on a strict spay/neuter contract and with an AKC Limited Registration. The difference between a Limited Registration and a Full Registration is that you cannot show the dog in Conformation Shows at an AKC dog show. You will be able to compete in the many Performance events, such as Agility, Tracking, Obedience and Rally. When we sell Pet Quality puppies they are sold as pets and companions dogs, they are not breeding stock. That is why we spend many hours evaluating each puppy.
Before we breed our dogs, we do everything we can to ensure that the puppies we breed will be free of genetic diseases by using the latest standards recommended by the American Boxer Club. We test for Boxer Cardiomyopathy (ARVC) with a 24 hour Holter monitor. We test for Sub-Aortic Stenosis/Aortic Stenosis (SAS/AS) with a Board Certified Cardiologist by using a Color Echo Doppler. We also test for Thyroid. With this in mind there is no guarantee that puppies will not develop genetic diseases. We do stand behind what we breed and maintain contact with as many puppies as possible.
Each puppy will come with a folder that contains a birth certificate, pedigree, and health testing results of both the sire and the dam and various information about the care of your new family member.
